Q: Is itinerary planning included in transportation?
A: No. Transportation and itinerary planning are separate services. We offer optional itinerary planning and winery reservations for a flat fee of $100.
Q: Do you offer transportation from San Diego?
A: Yes, but only for large groups and private bus bookings. Smaller groups typically meet at the border or in Valle de Guadalupe.
Q: What is the difference between a One-Way Shuttle and Full Day Transportation?
A: One-Way Shuttle provides transportation from one location to another. Full Day Transportation provides a private vehicle and driver for up to 10 hours.
Q: What vehicle will my group receive?
A: Vehicle type is based on group size:
2–3 guests — Sedan
4–6 guests — SUV / Minivan
7–14 guests — Sprinter Van
15–19 guests — Large Van
20+ guests — Charter Bus
Q: Where can you pick us up?
A: We provide pickup throughout Valle de Guadalupe, Ensenada, Rosarito, the U.S./Mexico Border area, and other nearby locations. See the Pickup Zone Map above for more information.
Q: Do you provide transportation from San Diego?
A: Yes, but San Diego pickup and drop-off is available for large groups using our San Diego charter bus service.
Q: Can Mexico charter buses cross the U.S./Mexico border?
A: No. Mexico charter buses do NOT cross the U.S./Mexico border.
Q: How many people can you accommodate?
A: We provide transportation for groups from 2 guests up to approximately 50 guests, depending on the vehicle and service selected.
Q: Are winery reservations included?
A: No. Winery reservations are not included with transportation. Optional itinerary planning and reservation coordination is available for a $100 flat fee.
Q: Can you create our winery itinerary?
A: Yes. Optional itinerary planning and reservation coordination is available for a $100 flat fee.
Q: How long is Full Day Transportation?
A: Full Day Transportation includes up to 10 hours of service.
Q: What happens if we go over 10 hours?
A: Additional time is $50 per hour for smaller vehicles and $120 per hour for buses.
Q: When do I select my pickup time?
A: You can select your pickup time during the booking process.
Q: Is there a minimum number of passengers?
A: No.
